Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using sona11. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document.
1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sona11 ("sona11", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the sona11 website, accessible at sona11.onl, and all associated services, products, games, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately. sona11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and use the sona11 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You are at least 21 years of age. sona11 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request documentary evidence of your age at any time.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously had an account on sona11 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a current employee of sona11 or any of its affiliated operators or software providers.
- You are acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity and are not using the platform for any business or professional gambling purpose.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
sona11 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, crediting bonuses, or continuing to provide Service access. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.
3 Account Rules & Responsibilities
Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on sona11. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sona11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that specific action. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sona11 immediately at [email protected].
sona11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the Terms have been breached; (c) a self-exclusion or responsible gaming tool has been invoked; (d) regulatory obligations require it; or (e) the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Inactive account balances may be subject to dormancy fees as notified by email.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting sona11 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure, subject to verification requirements, will be returned to your registered payment method.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
sona11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods for Bangladeshi players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal processing time: sona11 targets processing of approved withdrawals within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where verification is pending.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
- Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is performed by sona11.
- Withdrawal verification: sona11 may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method not previously used for deposit, except at sona11's sole discretion.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
sona11 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the platform, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) the stated number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion — after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
sona11 actively monitors for bonus misuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, using automated systems or bots to claim promotions, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus misuse is identified, sona11 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel related winnings, and close the account without compensation.
Promotions are time-limited offers. sona11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, IPL, BPL, and T20 World Cup events — are subject to their own specific terms as published at the time of the promotion.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on sona11 are supplied by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game title operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By launching a game, you agree to its rules as set by the relevant game provider.
- RNG fairness: All non-live games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by the respective game provider's compliance framework. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Live casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, wheels, dice) in a real-time studio environment and are therefore subject to the studio rules of the respective provider.
- Bets once placed: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is the player's responsibility to verify the bet details before confirming.
- Malfunction policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, sona11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered stake to your account. No further liability is accepted.
- Prohibited conduct: Collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
7 Sports Betting Rules
sona11's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, boxing, ice hockey, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following terms apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body of the sport. In the case of cricket, ICC and BPL official results govern. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being determined, sona11's settlement rules for that event type shall apply. In general, if an event is abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Odds displayed during live events are indicative and are subject to change before acceptance. sona11 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event moment has occurred, including bets placed following a goal, wicket, or other decisive event where there is demonstrable delay between the event occurring and the bet being placed.
sona11 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous — commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palp errors". A palpable error is defined as odds or lines that are manifestly incorrect relative to the fair market, typically as a result of a pricing or data feed error. Bets voided under this provision will have their stakes returned in full.
8 Responsible Gaming
sona11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your account settings.
sona11 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. 9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or its content without the prior written consent of sona11.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sona11 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss — whether arising from technical failures, service interruptions, third-party game provider errors, or any other cause outside sona11's direct control.
sona11 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, mobile network issues in Bangladesh, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. sona11 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance but accepts no liability for service interruptions.
Games available on sona11 are operated by independent third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. sona11 is not responsible for errors, outages, or rule changes introduced by these providers. Disputes relating to specific game outcomes should be raised with sona11 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider.
11 Privacy & Data
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the sona11 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the sona11 Service shall first be referred to sona11's customer support team for informal resolution. sona11 will endeavour to respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, sona11 and the player agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this clause prevents sona11 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13 Amendments to These Terms
sona11 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sona11 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the platform's internal notification system or by email to the address registered on the account.
Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 above.
